前些天我在一間希臘餐廳吃飯的時候嚐到了一盤他們希臘的醬料. 這個醬料實在是太好吃了 我整個就是在放煙火般的嚐著. 所以我一定要問問他們的廚師看這醬料是怎麼做出來的, 以下就是希臘廚師教我的Tzatziki醬料.
Ingredients: plain Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon, salt & pepper, garlic.
食材: 希臘憂格(原味不甜),小黃瓜,蒔蘿(dill),檸檬,鹽跟胡椒,大蒜.
First, drain the extra liquid from the yogurt for 2 hours. I use the coffe filter to drain, you can also use paper towel.
首先將憂格多餘的水瀝掉. 我用的是咖啡濾紙,你也可以用紙巾瀝也行得通.
Take out the cucumber seeds that way you won't have too much liquid. Then shred them, put a little bit salt to bring out the water for 20 mins.
把小黃瓜的籽取出這樣混合起來才不會太稀. 接著切碎小黃瓜放一些鹽等個20分鐘讓裡面的水再出來更多.
Last, Place every ingredients in Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon, salt & pepper, garlic and mix them well and you are done.
最後把所有的食材放進去,希臘憂格,小黃瓜,莳萝(dill),檸檬,鹽跟胡椒,大蒜然後攪拌均勻就完成了.
The Tzatziki sauce i will go with the Pita bread. Simply just fry them with butter and garlic sprinkle on a little bit of salt.
我會用皮塔餅(Pita bread)配這個Tzatziki醬料,用奶油跟蒜頭煎煮到黃金色灑上一點鹽巴.

And here's how i make the whole dinner.
接著是我怎麼完成我的晚餐.
Ingredients for the rice: Chicken broth, cilantro, parsley, dill, garlic, and butter.
Pour one can of chicken broth to the 2 cup rice, and the rest ingredients then cook.
After the rice is cooked, sprinkle some chopped cilantro in and stirred and the rice is done.
加上一罐雞湯進去兩杯米接著加上所有的食材下去煮.
米煮好了以後加上新鮮切碎的香菜攪拌即完成.
Season the steak with salt and pepper then fry.
灑上鹽跟胡椒然後下去煎一下
The Dinner is served!!
晚餐完成啦!!
