Salmon Caviar Deviled Eggs

This is a pleasant dish for serving appetizer not only it looks exquisite and beautiful but also delicious. It is also great for party, I'm sure you guess will love you when you make this. To make this dish is as simple as you see how i did on the pictures, I simply just add every ingredients mix all together and squeeze on the half eggs.   Let's start to make one!!

這是一道非常適合用再當前菜用的餐點,他不只精緻漂亮嚐起來也非常的美味. 這也是一道非常適合給Party用的小餐點,我相信你做這道餐點你的客人們會愛上你. 做這道菜就如圖說明的這麼簡單,你只要把所有的食材加在一起攪拌均勻接著加在半圓的蛋上面即可. 那我們就一起開始做這道菜吧!!

Ingredients: 
  1. 5 Eggs
  2. 1/3 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 tbs lemon juice
  5. 2 tbsp chives (1tbsp for mix in, 1tbsp for garnish)
  6. 2 oz smoked salmon
  7. 1/4 black peper
  8. 2 oz salmon caviar
食材:
  1. 5顆蛋
  2. 1/3杯美式酸奶 (如圖: Daisy sour cream)
  3. 1tbsp美乃滋
  4. 1/2 tbs檸檬汁
  5. 2 tbsp細香蔥 (1tbsp是給攪拌進去, 1tbsp是最後灑在上面)
  6. 2 oz 煙薰鮭魚
  7. 1/4 黑胡椒
  8. 2 oz 大顆鮭魚卵

Dice the smoke salmon to tiny pieces

Place the eggs in the pan and add water till cover all the eggs then cook until it's broil then turn off let it sit for 15 minutes, then pour the hot water off and add cold water for 2 minutes. Peel off the eggshells then slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks carefully to a bow then smash them.

把蛋放在鍋子裡加水至覆蓋所有的蛋, 接著煮至滾再關掉火等個15分鐘把熱水倒掉加進冷水等兩分鐘.  再來把蛋殻剝掉然後直行的切蛋,把蛋黃輕輕取出放到碗裡壓碎.

Mix all the ingredients together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, smoked salmon, black peper then mix well.

把所有食材都加進去美式酸, 美乃滋, 檸檬汁, 細香, 煙薰鮭魚,黑胡椒攪拌均勻.

You can simply use a spoon and scoop one on each eggs, or you can do like i did using the pastry bag.
TIPS!!! Dont want to wash or throw away the pastry bag every time you use it?  I have a brilliant idea of how to make it cleanly.  Basically using a long saran wrap place on the table and put the stuffing (or icing) in the middle make it a long shape, take two sides and start to fold thinly layer by layer like folding paper.  

你可以簡單的用湯匙搖到蛋上,或者是你可以像我一樣用擠花袋擠.
小撇步!!! 每次用完擠花袋不想洗或者是丟掉可惜嗎? 我有一個很聰明的小撇步教你們怎麼乾淨的是使用它喔. 把保鮮膜長長的放置在桌上,然後把料(或者是奶油霜)放在中間捏成長長的一條接著像折紙張一樣細細地一層一層折起來.

Place the one you make in the pastry bag, pull out the other end and measure the length and cut it refold upwards so you can twist and tight them.

放進擠花袋裡面把另一邊開口拉出來量一下長度剪掉,然後打開反折上去這樣鎖緊之後就不會亂跑了.

Now you have a pastry bag you can maintain it cleanly also you can use it for many times. Great tips for saving money right?  :)

Squeeze on swirly on each egg.

用畫圓的方式擠上每一顆蛋.

Sprinkle some black pepper on and garnish with chives. 
Voila!! You are done!!
